Canned salmon, whole wheat pasta, cheese and vegetables. 16 servings, so each is really a half serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon casserole (fertility casserole)

15 oz. canned salmon
4 cups macaroni
10 oz. cheddar cheese
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp olive oil
8 carrots
1 1/2 cups peas
2 onions
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup whole milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Salmon casserole (fertility casserole)

  1. Sautee onions and carrots in olive oil until caramelized.

  2. Cook pasta.

  3. Mash salmon with mayo, mustard, lemon juice and 2 tsp worcerstershire sauce.

  4. Shred cheese.

  5. Combine all ingredients and bake covered at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until center reaches 150 degrees.
