Salmon Cassarol Recipe

Quick, easy and tasty. Simple cassatol that even my kids will eat.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon cassarol

10 3/4 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Salmon, Pink
1 1/2 cup, crushed Crackers, Saltines
1/2 cup Cut Green Beans
1/2 cup Whole Kernel Golden Corn
5 tbsp Omega Plus Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Salmon cassarol

  1. Mix soup, salmon and vegetables together.

  2. Add 1/2 c crackers and mix well in cassarol dish.

  3. Bake in oven @ 400 till warm through.

  4. Melt butter.

  5. Sprinkle rest of crackers over top of cassarol and drizzle melted butter evenly over top.

  6. Place back in oven on broil until top is golden brown.
