I had extra carrot pulp from the carrots i juice, added that with chopped Kale, crushed crackers, pink salmon and egg whites and whatever seasonings sounded good. Turned out great!

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Carrot Patties

1 serving Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon
1 serving Organic Carrots
0.25 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 serving Crackers Low Sodium
0.75 cup 100% Liquid Egg Whites

Recipe Directions for Salmon Carrot Patties

Add the Salmon, Carrot pulp, kale and crushed crackers to a medium size bowl. Add any kind of seasoning you'd like. I used onion powder, garlic powder and sea salt. slowly add the egg whites until a patty forms without falling to pieces. Cook in a pan thoroughly.
