A twist on a typical crab cake, using salmon.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

14 3/4 oz canned salmon
1/4 yellow onion, diced
4 oz grated hard parmesan cheese
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
2 tbsp Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil
1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
1 egg Cage Free Eggs

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

  1. sautee spinach and onion until brown

  2. toss with all of the ingredients in a bowl until well combined

  3. form into 4 patties and cook on a non stick pan with butter for 4 mins on each side
