Eat Clean Salmon Cakes (makes 6 cakes)

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

240 grams Salmon, Pink
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
3 large Egg, White
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

Place salmon in mixing bowl (include the juice). Add all other ingrediants and mix well. Mixture will be wet. Lightly spray cast iron frying pan with olive oil cooking spray. Place mixture in frying pan in six equal mounds. Flatten into patties. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
