Sockeye Salmon formed into patties diped in Panko coating and lightly fried till crisp.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

213 g Wild Sockeye Salmon
1/4 cup milk
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 green onion

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

  1. combine milk and bread torn into pieces

  2. Cut green onion thinly

  3. combine all with salmon from tin

  4. form into 6 patties

  5. dip in Panko coating

  6. fry in 1 oz oil until coating is crisp.

  7. Serve
