Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

12 ozs. salmon
1/4 cup onion
2 tablespoons parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tsps lemon juice
2 tablespoons parmesan, grated
1 egg
1/2 c bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

Mix all ingredients except for bread crumbs. Form pattties and coat the patties with bread crumbs. Generously coat a pan with cooking spray and fry the patties until golden on each side.
