Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

106 grams sockeye salmon, drained
123 ml potatoes, mashed
15 ml yogurt
15 ml lemon rind, grated
10 ml parsley, chopped
15 ml celery, chopped
15 ml flour (for coating)
15 ml oil (for frying)

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

  1. Combine salmon, potatoes, yogurt, lemon rind, parsley and celery and mix well.

  2. Divide mixture into equal portions and form into flat cakes.

  3. Turn each fish cake in flour until it is evenly coated.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the fish cakes over medium heat until golden broun, turning once.

  5. Serves 2
