Salmon cakes, with peppers and onions

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

2 green onions
1/2 red pepper
3 slices whole grain bread
1 egg
6 oz pink salmon
1 tsp garlic
1/4 cup light mayonaise
3 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

  1. grind toasted bread into crumbs.

  2. combine onions, pepper, tuna, garlic, 2/3 c bread crumbs and mayonaise into bowl. Beat egg and add to mixture.

  3. Melt 3 tbsp butter in saucepan.

  4. Make 4 balls of mixture, roll in remaining 1/3 c bread crumb and add to melted butter and fry 4 min each side or till goldent brown.
