Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

16 ounces salmon, fresh, flaked
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 egg
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

  1. Remove all bones from salmon. Combine salmon, mayo, Parmesan, dill, onion, and egg and mix well. Form into 6 patties and chill for at least 2 hours.

  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in single layer, about 6-8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lemon wedges.
