Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

29 ounces canned salmon, drained
2 medium scallion, chopped
2 tbsp horseradish
1 egg
1 roasted pepper, diced
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp Peppercorn
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

  1. Combine salmon, scallion (chopped), horseradish, egg roasted pepper (diced), italina bread crumbs, and peppercorn into little patties.

  2. Pour olive oil into skillet and pan fry patties, 4 minutes to a side or until golden brown.
