Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

2 1/2 oz. cooked salmon
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/8 cup flaxseed meal
2 tbs. egg white

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

  1. Break up salmon into small chunks.

  2. Add remaining ingredients plus spices, to taste.

  3. Mix together well.

  4. Form into 2 patties.

  5. Either bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or fry in a lightly oiled skillet about 4 minutes each side, or until browned.
