Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
6 ounce salmon
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
1 (large) egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp dill
1 tbsp oil, for pan-frying

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

Combine all ingredients and separate into 4 equal portions. Heat skillet over medium heat. Brown on each side, cooking for about 4 minutes per side.
