Salmon patties, fried in small amount of shortening.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon cakes

6 1/2 oz Pink Salmon (drained)
1 egg
1/2 c flour
2 t Crisco Shortening

Recipe Directions for Salmon cakes

Mix all ingredients and drop in medium hot lightly greased non-stick pan to form 4 patties. Brown on each side. Serve hot.
