Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

7 oz salmon, drained and flaked
1 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (juice of one small lemon)
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

Mix together. Form 1/4 cup of mixture into patties and fry on a sprayed griddle/skillet.
