Chicken of the Sea Skinless Bonelss Pink Salmon recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cakes

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp season salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
7 oz pink salmon
1 egg
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tbls butter

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cakes

In bowl combine bell pepper, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir in Salmon, egg and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Mix until well blended. Divide and form mixture into 8 balls. Roll salmon balls in remaining bread crumbs, flatten nto cakes about 1/2 inch thick. In buttered skillet, over medium heat, fry cakes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
