A quick alternative to the Classic Chicken Caesar Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Caesar Salad

8 cups of romaine lettuce
15 oz. canned salmon
4 oz. of Caesar Salad dressing
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup of croutons
11 ounce of mandarin oranges, drained, or other fruit

Recipe Directions for Salmon Caesar Salad

  1. Wash and dry romaine lettuce.

  2. Break into bite size pieces and put in large bowl.

  3. Pour the dressing, 3/4 of the cheese, 3/4 of the croutons, and 1/2 the salmon into the bowl and toss with lettuce.

  4. Top with fruit and remaining ingredients.
