A simple and delicious recipe for homemade salmon patties

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Burgers

1/2 medium raw Onion
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 fillet Salmon, Coho, Wild
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 tablespoon green onion

Recipe Directions for Salmon Burgers

  1. Mix salmon, oats, onion, egg, lemon juice, and mustard together. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into patties. Refrigerate for one hour so they hold their shape.

  2. When ready to cook: Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. This is healthier than frying and makes them crispy and non-greasy.
