Delicious Salmon Burgers made from canned salmon.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Burgers

14.75 oz Pink Salmon
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup, chopped or diced Onions
0.5 oz Light Mayonnaise
2 large Egg, Whole
2 Teaspoon Juice
1 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for Salmon Burgers

Drain and flake salmon in a medium bowl. Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayo, eggs, lemon juice, parsley and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt. Blend well. Shape into 8 burgers (mixture will be moist). In a large saucepan, heat 1T olive oil. Cook burgers until both sides are brown and heated through. Makes 8 servings.
