Salmon burgers can be eaten plain or on bun

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Burgers

3 oz pink salmon (boneless and skinless in pouch actually 6 oz but to get correct calorie count had to put 3)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp grated lemon rind

Recipe Directions for Salmon Burgers

  1. Combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Form into 2 patties. chill for 1 hour until ready to cook.

  2. In lightly greased skillet, cook burgers over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes each side until lightly browned.
