Recipe Ingredients for salmon burgers

1 pound salmon fillet
1/4 cup shallot
2 tsp fresh dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fat free cottage cheese
2 large egg yolks
1 salt and pepper
2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for salmon burgers

  1. chop salmon, shallots, and dill.

  2. yolks slightly beaten.

  3. add ingredients together with lemon juice and salt/pepper

  4. shape mixture into 4 patties

  5. heat oil 1 minute

  6. cook in medium skillet for 8-10 minutes
