Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Burgers

14 oz. Salmon, filet skinned and chopped
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice, zest of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3/4 cup bread crumbs, panko
1 Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1 cooking spray, pam

Recipe Directions for Salmon Burgers

  1. To flaked salmon, add egg whites, parsley, lemon juice and zest, chopped garlic, bread crumbs and lots of black pepper and a little salt. Mix together and form 4 large patties or 8 mini patties.

  2. Preheat olive oil and a shot of cooking spray in a nonstick skillet over medium to medium high heat. Cook salmon patties 2 to 3 minutes on each side for mini patties, 4 minutes on each side for large patties.
