Recipe Ingredients for Salmon burgers

30 oz boneless salmon fillets
3 oz breadcrumbs
1 oz ranch dressing mix
1 oz dried onions
1 Salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Recipe Directions for Salmon burgers

  1. Break salmon fillets into small pieces about 1/4 inch wide.

  2. Place about 4 oz salmon into food processor and blend until mixture is pasty.

  3. Combine salmon paste with other ingredients in large bowl. Mix well and form into patties.
