Salmon burger on a whole wheat bun

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon BURGER

14 3/4 oz. canned salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 cup egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 cup onions , chopped
1/2 cup green pepper , chopped
1/2 cup whole wheat crackers , crushed
1/8 tsp. black pepper
5 whole wheat hamburger buns

Recipe Directions for Salmon BURGER

In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg whites , onions, green peppers, crushed crackers, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 min. Make 5 four ounce patties. Cook in a non stick spray treated skillet until both sides of patty is lightly browned. Serve on a whole wheat bun.
