Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Burger

16 oz Traditional Pink Salmon
1 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 large Egg, Whole
3 oz Peppers and Onions

Recipe Directions for Salmon Burger

  1. Open and drain salmon, dump in mixing bowl

  2. Fold in egg and bread crumbs

  3. Saute peppers and onions, dice and blend into mix.

  4. Season to taste

  5. Blend until clumpy

  6. Divide into quarters, and press into patties.

  7. Heat non-stick skillet and fry until brown on one side, flip and cook other side.

  8. Use non stick spray as needed.
