Recipe Ingredients for Salmon & Brown Rice

4 ounces sockeye salmon
1/4 cup brown rice, uncooked
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon & Brown Rice

  1. Bake Salmon with onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper (amounts depend on taste) to desired preparedness.

  2. Prepare brown rice on stovetop

  3. Serve Salmon bake over rice or on side
