Pink Salmon and Blackeye Bean Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon and Bean Salad

213 grams Wild Pink Salmon
175 grams Beans
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Capers
4 cup Spinach
1 clove garlic
2 tsp white wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Salmon and Bean Salad

  1. Mix olive oil, mustard, white wine vinegar, onion, capers and garlic together.

  2. Mix beans with flaked salmon and large handful spinach. Drizzle over dressing
