Recipe Ingredients for Salmon with Balsamic Tomato Relish

16 oz salmon
8 roma tomatoes
2 T. garlic
1 dash cumin
1 dash basil
2 T. balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Salmon with Balsamic Tomato Relish

Spray pan with pam. Heat to medium and put in salmon fallets. Sprinkle with cumin. Chop up garlic and romas and put in dish. Sprinkle with basil and vinegar. Stir lightly. When salmon is cooked through. Put on plate on top of rice/couscous and cover with relish.
