Salmon bagel w/ cream cheese and tomato

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon bagel w/ cream cheese and tomato

2 oz salmon
1 tomato
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 scallion
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bagel, wheat

Recipe Directions for Salmon bagel w/ cream cheese and tomato

  1. Turn on your broiler

  2. Slice bagel into two halves and place on a cookie sheet in your broiler remove when slightly toasted

  3. slice tomato thinly and place on one of the bagel halves

  4. chop scallion and sprinkle ontop of tomato ( you may add a little lemon zest if desired)

  5. Pepper to taste

  6. Place salmon on other half of bagel

  7. Place back in ove and allow salmon to brown

  8. Add cream cheese
