Salmon, asparagus and shells salad (modeled on recipe from Fresh Food Fast p. 105)

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon, asparagus and shells

418 grams Wild Alaska Sockeye Red Salmon
4 serving (Barilla) whole grain medium shells
1.25 cup Asparagus
0.2 medium raw Onion Red
0.33 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Salmon, asparagus and shells

Boil 6 cups water; cook asparagus (3-inch pieces) for 3 minutes. Remove asparagus and cook pasta in same water. Whisk. dill, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper together. Mix all ingredients.
