Recipe Ingredients for salmon and asparagus quiche

2 cups 2% milk
2 eggs
1 oz swiss cheese
1 cup asparagus, diced
2 tbsps onions, diced

Recipe Directions for salmon and asparagus quiche

  1. clean aspargus and steam 1 min in microwave

  2. steam salmon

  3. break both items into small pieces

  4. cube cheese

  5. mix milk and eggs well

  6. pour into pie plate and bake at 375 about 40 mins
