Recipe Ingredients for Salmon with Asian Flavor

1/2 fillet Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.03 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tbsp Butter
0.33 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
0.33 tbsp Sauce, Teriyaki, Ready-to-serve
1/5 grams Eden Shake (Furikake)

Recipe Directions for Salmon with Asian Flavor

  1. Rub salt and pepper on both sides of the raw salmon.

  2. Melt butter in a pan, and wait until foaming subsides.

  3. Add salmon and cook, turning once, until done all the way through. Remove from heat.

  4. Mix mayo and teriyaki sauce together until uniform.

  5. Plate salmon, cover with a thin layer of teriyaki-mayo.

  6. Lightly sprinkle furikake over mayo.
