Salmon & Angel Hair pasta w/ peas and tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon & Angel Hair pasta

3 lbs. salmon
2 cups peas
6 oz. tomatoes, diced
8 oz. angel hair pasta, whole wheat
3 tsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Salmon & Angel Hair pasta

  1. Marinate salmon in Guinness

  2. Add rosemary and black pepper to salmon

  3. Boil angel hair pasta, drain

  4. Sautee garlic in pain with olive oil

  5. Add tomatoes to garlic

  6. Mix garlic, tomatoes and peas in pasta
