Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Alfredo

12 ounces salmon, broiled and diced
6 ounces pasta, whole wheat
1 cup skim milk
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup shredded cheese, colby jack or cheddar
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups broccoli, steamed

Recipe Directions for Salmon Alfredo

  1. Boil the pasta until desired firmness, set aside

  2. Broil salmon until flaky, dice or break into chunks, set aside

  3. Steam Broccoli until tender, set aside

  4. Cook milk on low heat, slowly adding flour, when it starts to thicken, add spices and then cheese

  5. Toss all ingredients together in large bowl

  6. enjoy
