Recipe Ingredients for Salmon ala Italiana

22 1/2 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 cloves, raw Garlic
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
7 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
226 7/10 grams Wine, Table, White
1 tsp Thyme, Fresh
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Salmon ala Italiana

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add herbs, tomatoes and wine. bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salmon atop sauce. Cover and simmer until fish will flake with a fork ( about 5 to 7 minutes depending on thickness)
