60 g onion
10 g garlic
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
40 g canned tuna
100 g salmon
100 g potatos
100 g cabbage
100 g green beans
1 pinch of salt
50 ml cream

Recipe Directions for salmão com vegetais

  1. fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until brownish. Add the tuna and then reserve. Fry the salmon. reserve. Boil the vegetables.

  2. Put the onion and garlic toghether with the potatos and let them fry for 3 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables.

  3. Put the salmon on top and eat
