Home made oatmeal pancakes. Great start to the day!

Recipe Ingredients for Sally's Oatmeal Pancakes

1 cup pecans
2 bananas
2 cups oatmeal
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 golden delicious apple
3 eggs
3 cups 1% milk
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup ricotta cheese

Recipe Directions for Sally's Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Chop pecans in food processor, add oatmeal, flour and remaining dry ingedients and mix. Pour into large mixing bowl.

  2. Core the apple and chop in food processor. Add banana, eggs, oil, milk, ricotta cheese, vanilla, vegetable oil and cinnamon. Fold into dry ingedients.

  3. Cook in frying pan. Spread mixture in pan to make one pancake.

  4. Cook on medium until golden brown. Flip and continue other side.
