2 oz shredded mozzarella
2 oz. swiss cheese
3 cups skim milk
2 med. potatoes
8 cups water
20 oz clams
4 oz crab
4 oz lobster
1 med. onion
3/4 cup celery
0.33 cup parsley
1 green pepper large

Recipe Directions for Sallys Clam Chowder

  1. Sautee onion and celery

  2. boild and cube potatoes

  3. add all ingredients to 8 cups of vegetable broth

  4. simmer for 2 hours
