Makes 4 servings



In large bowl combine milk, saltines, onion and parsley. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties. Place in an 8-in baking dish coated with nonstick spray. In a small bowl combine gravy, ketchup, Worcestershire and pepper; pour over patties. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

  7. 2 TBSP Ketchup

  8. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1/4 tsp pepper
