Recipe Ingredients for Salata

0.5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1.5 oz Montchevre Cheese
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Salata

  1. Peel and dice half of good-sized cucumber.

  2. Dice half of a medium-sized tomato.

  3. Crumble 1-2 oz of fresh goat cheese.

  4. Combine vegetables and cheese with lemon juice, fresh garlic, oregano, cumin, and salt and pepper.

  5. Chill before serving.
