45 g roasted red pepper (half piece)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 g salt
1 g black pepper
40 g lemon juice

  1. Bake potatoes. Cut them in half and hollow with a teaspoon.

  2. Put the content into a bowl.

  3. Add finely chopped onions, olives and roasted red pepper. Mix slowly. Season with oil, salt, pepper and then add lemon juice.
