240 g boiled cauliflower
280 g boiled carrots
160 g raw cucumber
200 g bell peppers
40 g feta cheese
60 g boiled brown rice
320 g boiled chicken breast
15 g olive oil

Recipe Directions for salata likris copy japan

  1. cut the cabbage and cucumber, add vinegar and mix, put aside

  2. boil the rice and drain, keep hot

  3. boil the chopped carrots and cauliflower, drain, add the chopped feta and rice, mix well

  4. cut the peppers in stripes, fry them for a few minutes in some olive oil and add to the mixture

  5. cut the boiled chicken in dices , mix everything together, add salt and white pepper

  6. serve hot or cold
