1 slices wheat bread, toasted
1 egg, over-easy
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 cup red peppers, roasted
1 oz provolone
2 slices salami

Recipe Directions for Salami and egg sandwich.

  1. Roast 1/2 cup of red peppers.

  2. Cook 1 egg, over easy.

  3. Toast one slice of wheat bread, then cut in half.

  4. Place peppers, salami, provolone and egg one one half of the bread. Cover with the second half.

  5. Sprinkle rosemary on top.
