40 g avocado
40 g tomato
40 g zucchini
20 g onion
20 g bell pepper
10 g spinach
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
5 g garlic
1 1/2 tbsp blue cheese
46 g tortilla flour

Recipe Directions for Salad Wrap w/ garlic spread

  1. Make the garlic spread in a batch

  2. 1/2 cup lemon juice

  3. 1/2 cup olive oil

  4. 2 full HEADS of garlic

  5. run through a food processor until smooth.

  6. slice or dice the vegatable

  7. toss the garlic spread and spinach

  8. wrap in a tortilla
