1 teaspoon cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green bell pepper
3 ounces Tuna, light, canned in water and drained
1/4 cup chick peas
1/4 cup chopped carrots
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
