Recipe Ingredients for Salad + Tuna Mediterranean Style

10 oz Albacore Tuna
1/2 cup Carrots Chopped
1/2 cup Celery Chopped
1/4 cup Dill Weed
1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil
10 Kalamata Olives
1 cup Onions
1 tbsp Parsley
1/2 cup Radishes
1/2 tbsp Vinegar - Balsamic

Recipe Directions for Salad + Tuna Mediterranean Style

  1. In a large bowl, toss tuna, carrots, celery, onions, radishes, dill, parsley, olives and mix well.

  2. Add salt and white pepper to taste and mix again.

  3. Add olive oil and mix.

  4. Finally, add lime and balsamic vinegar and mix one last time.
