This salad uses canned water packed tuna, 3 ounces, not 2 oil packed ounces. The system does not allow me to add water packed tuna, even though it is on the food list so I adjusted for the approximate calories to proximate water packed.

Recipe Ingredients for Salad with Tuna and Feta

3 cups lettuce
1 small carrot, diced
1 small tomato
1 small red pepper
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 ounce feta cheese
2 ounces fresh tuna
1 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Salad with Tuna and Feta

Toss everthing together, make the dressing and serve!
