1 cup rocket
1 large carrot, grated
1/4 cup beet, chopped
1/4 cup cabbage
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 large green onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup crimini mushroom
1/2 cup tofu
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup watercress
