1/4 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp granulated sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 1 pinch salt 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
