1/2 cup Beets
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup slices(116 g) Radishes
1 medium Apple Apples
1 pear, small (approx 3 per lb) Pears
1/2 cup Lentils, Sprouted
100 grams Alfalfa Sprouts
2 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
